Concerned about weight loss...?
I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the amount of weight my body is losing? Usually I don't keep track of these things, but recently I've noticed that I'm losing a lot of weight and I'm getting thinner. My BMI is 21, my weight last time I checked was 100lbs and I'm 5'2. When I checked my weight I was just sick and now regaining what I lost. Last week I fell ill again and lost more weight. So I'm wondering if this should be cause for concern?
Green tea for weight loss questions...?
okay so i am 5'9, 177 pounds...iam tall, so i dont really look " fat" persay, but i do want to get rid of my stomach fat. I have been hearing alot about green tea, and how its good for you and what not. i know this also comes with a good diet and excircise. I have been excircing and watching my caloric intake for a couple weeks now, and ive been doing alright. I am very impatient, and i know thats not good when trying to lose weight hahaha so any info about green tea and its benifits on losing weight is much appreciated. NO SMART ASS ANSWERS PLEASE.
Diet and fitness-weight loss advice please?
well i usually do a 4 mile run 4 times a week,but i havnt been running in a week, because i havnt had the energy and the past two days ive been getting cramp and bloating,but ive been eating so much, i darent weigh my self incase it says ive put on weight and i go into a flat spin, like today i had 2 flajacks and 8 jaffa cakes, them jaffa cakes alone were 384 a full meals worth but its just been a week off, i usually eat okay and run, but will i have gained loads of weight? and whats the best way to loose it again if i have?

Alright, so my friend got a scale like a while ago and we started 2 use it. We r very self conscious about our weight and started weighing ourselves. I was comfortable with my weight and kept doing what I usually did with actually more food. Since then, with my same eating habits and barely any exercise, I keep losing weight. Heres my log. Weight 1 27 12 103lbs. Weight 2 11 12 98lbs. Weight 2 19 12 97.4lbs. Weight 2 20 12 96.2lbs. Is this healthy weight loss? Ps. I'm 12 pleae don't report me and 5'0. Pps. The weirdest thing is that sometimes, this weight just falls off after ive eaten and SLEPT

I am serving in the military, so I get at least an hour of pt everyday. I run 3 times a week, and have muscle failure twice a week, but now I'm going to work more on core stuff on weekends. I've gained alot of weight since I've enlisted. Before I left, I was happy with how I looked. I never ate breakfast, I ate a light lunch, and I ate alot of crap for dinner..if I ate dinner. Now, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I eat better than I ever used to, so why am I GETTING FAT? ? I've been looking online at some supplements and green tea seems to be healthier. Are there any other supplements that will help shave off this excess mess. Thank you for the help
If i am maintaining at a weight loss plateau eating 1000 calories a day - wont i gain if i up my intake!?
how can i eat a maintenance diet without gaining weight if 1000 calories a day is maintaining my weight? i dont want to be stuck on 1000 calories for the rest of my life

I have just found out I'm pg with my second...which is brilliant but unexpected. I am about 4 weeks, so very early.My son is nearly three and since having him I've put on loads of weight mainly due to eating my way though depression and having my gallbladder removed. Having come out the other side of depression and completely off anti deps for over 3 months, I was planning to start focusing on my bodys health. Obviously for my baby I want to eat a healthy diet. More veg less choc etc. But I will undoubtedly start losing weight straight away. Eating healthily for 3 days I can lose 4lbs thats how bad my diet has been . Surely losing weight from a healthy new food regieme is better than giving my baby unhealthy nutrients. And obviously I'm not talking about 'dieting' just healthy eating.Will the weightloss be bad for my baby?Any help appreciated.X x x

So, i workout about 305 times a week. I have been for the past two years. I eat fairly healthy, i mean i can't be perfect i cheat every now and then. However, i have not lost weight I eat healthier than i did two years ago when i wasn't working out yet either and i still look the same. I mean i am a little bit thinner with more muscle but still chubby. I am a pole vaulter and i am very chubby for a vaulter. And i have been trying to lose weight because it will increase my height but dieting and exercising a lone does not seem to work for me. Does anyone know of safe, healthy diet pills that are $25 or under at CVS, or Riteaid? NO ONLINE PLEASE My mom doesn't order online and i do not have my own credit Card.
