Im on the dukan diet are there any other people who have been on this diet and lost a lot of fat please share experiences.
Could I lose fat and build muscle this way?
I am 5 foot, six inches, sixteen years old and weight between 118 and 122. If I run for half an hour six days a week and do ab work outs three or four times a week, could I lose weight and also build up muscle mass by the summer? I also tend to eat eggs for breakfast, a bagel for lunch, and a salad for dinner.

I also plan on doing the insanity program, and hitting the gym 4 5 days a week, lifting 8 10 reps for two diff muscle groups, and finish with a 15 20 min run or bike. Will this work? Motivation tips? I have to completely agree with it hands down It's pretty much saying that you need to EAT and do CARDIO. Because if you don't eat or lower your calories your body will drop it's metabolic rate. and in my personal experience I've noticed the same. It's not a problem when standing but when I sit, leaning in front, I feel all my fats combine into a flabby bunch of mess.
