How to get more defined abs and thighs in less than a week?
I have my friends bday comin up this weekend and it is a pool party. All of her friends are skinny and there will be boys there. I want my abs and legs to get more toned up in less than a week. What should I do? Oh yeah... I'm not trying to be mean or anything but don't give me that crap about how I am beautiful on the inside bla bla bla. I am not fat but I hav a bit of flab around my midsection. My thighs are pretty stron but still. Im a dancer so I am pretty muscular. Ps. I HATE one peices. I am not gonna get one. Please possibly also give me some ideas for swimming suits that aren't over thirty bucks. And padded. I am 4feet 9inches and weigh 80 lbs

So I have been working on my abs forever weights and everything , and they are thick, strong, and somewhat visible when I flex. I would like to lose that 2 cm of fat in front of my core so they are visible in general and not just when flexed. I am 100 lbs and 5 feet and 20 years old. I eat good 1200 cal day , do cardio 30 mins at least 3x a week but am still not seeing results. Do I need to up the cardio? Do I need to do more cardio? Any women who have visible abs? how did you do it?
My upper abs are sore after doing 7 minutes of abs?(not my obliques or lower abs are sore)?
With exercises that target the lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. Am I doing them wrong if my upper abs are only sore? The lower abs, near my stomach, don't hurt at all. I just came off a sports season and I'm just doing abs because I want to get toned.
Pulling in abs and glutes?
I've had two certified trainers tell me that I should have both abs and glutes pulled in all workouts that it is possible in. I usually just pull in abs but not glutes. What's your take on it?Sweets yeah more muscles get worked, but have you ever tried it in weight training?Glute activation and stretching the hips are part of core work which is more about preparing for weight training for me. I think glutes should only be kept contracted in leg workouts.thanks for your input though
Is this enough exercise to get some abs or at least some definition?
first of all, i run around 3 miles a day. i eat healthy, although i could make some improvements to it. i know how to lose weight, i've lost 25 so far and probably have to lose another 5 10 to have a completely flat stomach. now that the fat is out of the way i've been doing some ab exercises. i start off doing several different types of crunches regular crunches, side crunches, the bicycle, etc i do 25 50 reps per type. that's probably around 200 crunches total. then i do the plank for a minute, then i plank on my side for another minute on each side. i continue to work out other parts of my body and end my workout by doing another plank. is this enough to get abs or do i need more? i don't want a six pack or anything, i just want sexy lines or definition. in other words i dont want my stomach to just look like a wall when i lose the rest of the weight

I'm not fat but I do not have abs and I would really love to know if there are any upper lower and side ab work outs that make abs form faster. Do i need to workout abs everyday?
because if i do this i think my workout will be way too long as i will do for example chest and triceps plus abs on one day...so my workout will be more than 2 hours and not to mention how tired i would be to do abs...so right now i do abs with legs once every 6 days with 2 days rest included in the six days...what do u think i should do...i find it strange how people manage to do abs everyday??
